Lisa Seaton is passionate about empowering others to live a life full of God's freedom, truth, and purpose! She serves as the Senior Executive Pastor at City First Church and is a founding member of the Original Women's Conference. She resides in Rockford, Illinois with her amazing husband, Adam and their two wild boys, Nash and Ryder

Tatum Osbourne

Rev. Tatum Osbourne is an ordained minister, pastor, counselor, author, and social justice advocate. Originally from Barbados and raised in Brooklyn, she has served in Christian ministry for over thirty years. After a long career in the corporate sector, she entered full-time ministry and now serves as Executive Pastor of Greater Jacksonville Community Church alongside her husband.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of We Rise 365, Inc., a nonprofit empowering young men and women of color to lead in underserved communities. Rev. Osbourne holds degrees in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Science and is currently completing her Ph.D. at Regent University.

Rev. Osbourne’s work has earned local and national recognition, including two citations from Brooklyn, NY, and the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award. She and her husband live in Jacksonville, FL.

Crystal Colp

Crystal Colp is a wife, mom, speaker, teacher, writer, and serves as the Pastor of Adult Discipleship at First Church of God in St. Joseph, Michigan. Crystal has a burden to see individuals value God's Word as applicable to everyday life. Discipleship, soul care, and leadership development are her heart.

She has a Master's degree in Leadership and is presently completing a certification in Biblical Counseling as she prepares to launch a brand new Biblical Counseling and Spiritual Formation Center in St. Joe. She sees herself as a work in progress and on a journey to look more like Jesus every day. Crystal married her husband, David, 34 years ago, and they have two grown boys.
