Romans 1:7 says, “"To all those who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.” This greeting was not reserved for the extraordinary, but the ordinary. Not for the perfect, but for the imperfect. Sisters, let’s lean in to the identity we have been given in Jesus Christ - WE ARE ALL SAINTS.
SAINTS AREN’T THE FEW WHO’VE ARRIVED, THEY’RE ALL WHO BELONG.
When you hear the word saint…you may picture the unreachable. The faces shrouded in stained glass. The favored few without blemish. Those who are seasoned into spiritual maturity that you fear you’ll never reach.
But Scripture speaks differently. The Bible speaks of saints not as perfect people but as all who belong to Christ. The student finding her way. The mother carrying the weight. The grandmother still praying bold prayers. This is the identity we’ve been given.
Not earned. Not achieved. Instead, bestowed by the God who calls us His own. We are not spectators of sainthood. We are living it. Breathing it. Becoming it. We are…All Saints.
